Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd received an enquiry from one of our clients for the replacement of existing spools. After receiving a detailed isometric drawing, Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd were able to fabricate the spools according to the clients specific requirements in their workshop based in Ballina, Co. Mayo.
The spools were fabricated from High Purity Stainless Steel 316L, GTAW orbital welded, visually inspected and videoscoped to ASME BPE 2016 Standard. The fabricated replacement spools were made with precision & accuracy ensuring that the clients request was to exact specification.
The spools were passivated to ASTM A380 and A967 Passivation Standards.
The spools were capped & packaged and delivered to the client for installation accompanied with a full documentation package.
