Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd manufactured a pair of SS316L Sprayballs.
The Tri Clamp Weld End machine part was fabricated on a lathe where it was polished to a 0.3 RA Surface Finish and checked on a RA Tester to produce the RA Test Report.
The WeldEnd of the machined ferrule adaptor was machined to the exact dimensions of the pre purchased Sprayball.
Both parts were joined using the GTAW Orbital Welding Process, N.D.T Visual Inspected using a video-scope and a documentation material certification package prepared for the client.
