Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd utilise Autodesk Inventor Software to create conceptual designs for our clients approval. Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd was requested to issue a drawing for an Alfa Laval Sani Micro Ultrapure Rotary Spray ball-Fabrication.
On drawing approval, Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd supplied and fabricated 4 no ¾” SS316L ASMEBPE Spray balls for one of Pharmaceutical Clients to use in their new processes.
The scope of the project was to manufacture Tri Clamp Ferrule adaptors to a specific length, Polish to a Surface Finish of 0.5Ra and carry out Ra Testing of the pieces. The units were then welded to the Alfa Laval Sani Micro Ultrapure Rotary Spray balls using the GTAW Orbital welding Process, NDT Visually inspected with 100% Recordings.
A full documentation was also issued and given to the client.
