FABRICATION OF SS ASMEBPE SF4 ELECTROPOLISHED INSTRUMENT TEE

Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd were requested from one of our clients to supply and fabricate an  1 ½” x 1” instrumentation tee spool to fit exact dimension provided by the client to replace an existing 1” Spool with the same instruments been used..

Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd cut, faced and GTAW Orbital welded the fittings and tube using the mushroom attachment.

NDT Visual inspection was carried out by a 3^rd Party welding inspector . Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd provided a Full Documentation package for the spool.
