Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Ltd carried out a tie in to an existing 6” Steam Header and 6” RO Water Header during a Shut Down for one our pharmaceutical Clients.
The tees were pre-fabricated in our workshop and were installed during a one day shutdown.
Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services LTD are certified to carry out the TIG welding of pipework installations. RMMS Ltd have been awarded the ASME IX and EN ISO-15614 standard WPQR for both Stainless Steel 316L and Carbon Steel Pipe from 1.94mm 12.04mm Wall thickness in all positions.
Raymond Masterson Mechanical Services Personnel are certified prior to any project commencement to the relevant standard EN or ASME IX.
